Brainy is the new sexy

So, recently I've been OBSESSED with this new show from the BBC.

the show?

SHERLOCK.

It's a modern retelling of the Sherlock Holmes tales. They are really quite good. Great, even. The first series (3 episodes, 90 mins a piece) is available on Netflix.

    I just watched the first episode last night. So good... I don't know why. That's the thing that bugs me.

      So good and you don't know why? How about it's well-acted, brilliantly updated, well-shot and has an excellent soundtrack.

      I mean, come on. How can you not know why?

      Sometimes, I like the whole package so much that I neglect to notice the nuances. Though, what you said usually does not qualify as nuances to me.

    yes- not nuances in the least. but I believe that Sherlock's ability to withstand multiple viewings (in matter of days) is a testament to the strength and quality of those more nuanced qualities.
